Have you ever stared at a blank screen, wishing you could turn your idea into a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and website without jumping between ten different tools?
A Harvard Business Review found that the average worker toggles between different apps and websites 1,200 times per day. This adds up to around four hours per week just reorienting yourself!
That’s why I wanted to put Skywork.ai to the test. Could one AI platform really handle research, content creation, visuals, spreadsheets, and even web pages in a single workflow?
Skywork.ai promises to do exactly that. It offers “Super Agents” that turn prompts into research-backed outputs. And it doesn’t just deliver results; it streamlines the entire creative process, letting you move from raw idea to finished project faster than any tool I’ve tried before.
In this Skywork.ai review, I’ll discuss the pros and cons, what it is, who it’s best for, and its key features. Then, I’ll show you how I use Skywork to generate a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and landing page on vertical farming in a single chat.
I’ll finish the article by comparing Skywork with my top three alternatives (Lindy, Gamma.app, and Microsoft Copilot Studio). By the end, you’ll know which tool is right for you!
Verdict
Overall, Skywork.ai is an effective all-in-one tool that goes from research to finished deliverables in one sitting. Its DeepResearch makes it far more reliable than standard chatbots for data-heavy tasks. While it has some limits, it’s a solid choice for getting a lot done quickly.

- One workspace to create docs, slides, spreadsheets, websites, podcasts, and code from a single prompt
- Produces polished, professional outputs with charts and visuals built in
- Skywork.ai app available on Google Pay and Apple app stores
- Ideal for complex, research-heavy, and multi-step projects
- Strong productivity feedback and high satisfaction ratings
- Make edits by chatting with AI or manually
- Credits can run out fast, especially on larger tasks
- Visuals and charts may feel generic, or the design might look "off"
- It may not always complete everything you ask in a single prompt
- Must manually fact-check research
What is Skywork.ai?
Skywork.ai is an AI workspace platform launched in 2025. It features “Super Agents” that transform simple prompts into multimodal outputs, like documents, slides, spreadsheets, websites, podcasts, and images.
The company behind it is Kunlun Tech, a Chinese Internet giant with nearly 400 million monthly users. They acquired Singularity AI in 2023 for $160 million. Together, Kunlun and Singularity developed Skywork AI with the tagline “The Originator of AI Workspace Agents.”
Skywork uses technology they call “DeepResearch.” It can scan over 600 webpages per task and goes “10 times deeper than traditional RAG-based methods.”
What Makes Skywork.ai Different
The primary difference between Skywork and platforms like ChatGPT or Claude is that it’s an AI workspace platform that considers how people work.
Instead of just chatting with you, Skywork uses specialized AI agents (kind of like having a team of assistants who are each really good at one thing). There’s a Documents agent for writing, a Slides agent for presentations, a Sheets agent for spreadsheets, plus agents for websites, videos, podcasts, and designs.
The best part? They all work together in a single conversation. I generated a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and landing page in a single chat on vertical farming with Skywork.
Most tools do one thing well, whether that’s presentations, documents, or websites. Skywork effectively does all of them in a unified workflow, saving a significant amount of time.
Skywork.ai’s Agentic Workflow
Skywork’s process is pretty straightforward:
- Describe what you need in plain English.
- It breaks down your request into smaller tasks.
- It dispatches the appropriate specialized agents to handle each part.
So, when I asked Skywork to generate a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and landing page, it automatically routed those tasks to the Slides, Sheets, and Web agents without me having to switch tools or copy-paste between platforms.

How to Use Skywork.ai
Here’s how I used Skywork.ai to generate a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and landing page in a single chat:
- Create an Account
- Explore the AI Agents
- View the Templates
- Send a Prompt
- Edit the Pitch Deck
- Generate a Spreadsheet & Landing Page
- Edit the Spreadsheet
- Open the Landing Page
- Edit the Landing Page
Step 1: Create an Account

I started by going to skywork.ai and signing up.
Step 2: Explore the AI Agents

After creating an account, I was granted 1,000 free credits to use the platform.
On the homepage, there was a variety of agents to choose from:
- General: A smart assistant to master tasks with powerful tools.
- Documents: Built with deep research and is ideal for writing.
- Slides: Generate stunning slides that are sure to impress.
- Sheets: Generate spreadsheets to process data and get insights. You can also upload data or describe any issues that require resolution.
- Posters: Generate creative posters instantly or upload a reference image (powered by Nano Banana).
- Websites: Describe an idea to turn it into a full-stack website.
- Designs: Generate high-quality visuals (posters, social media, logos, branding, and creative) that you can edit.
- Videos: Describe a video idea (scenes, motion, etc.) to generate videos with multi-track editing.
- Tools Agent: Additional agents, such as “Podcasts” to automatically research and record podcasts, “YouVibe” for YouTube video learning and creation, and “Professional Data” to get Q&A and insight analysis based on professional data.
Step 3: View the Templates

Selecting any of the agent options revealed templates I could replicate.
Step 4: Send a Prompt

I really wanted to put Skywork to the test. Rather than asking a simple question, I wanted to see how well Skywork could jump between different agents (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Web).
I kept my agent on “General” and gave Skywork the following prompt:
“Create a business proposal for a sustainable vertical farming startup in New York, including a 10-slide pitch deck, a financial projection spreadsheet for the first year, and a landing page for investors.”
Step 5: Edit the Pitch Deck

Immediately, Skywork got to work. A few minutes later, my task was complete. It generated a 10-page PPT file I could download or edit.

Selecting “Edit” opened an editable version of the 10-slide pitch deck.
Overall, I was impressed by how it looked. The visuals felt intentional, it followed design principles, and the layout flowed naturally. Edits were as easy as selecting them in the preview and making tweaks.
Step 6: Generate a Spreadsheet & Landing Page

However, while it did an excellent job generating the pitch deck, I was disappointed that I couldn’t find the spreadsheet or landing page I wanted it to make.
I gave Skywork.ai the following prompt:
“I see the slides, but where are the Spreadsheet and the Landing Page? Use the data from these slides to generate the Year 1 Financials in the Sheets Agent and the Landing Page in the Websites Agent now.”
Step 7: Edit the Spreadsheet

Once again, Skywork immediately started generating. A few minutes later, the spreadsheet and landing page were ready. Generating a 10-slide pitch deck, a spreadsheet, and a landing page cost 230 credits.
I hit “Edit” on the spreadsheet.

This opened the side panel on the right, where I could view and edit the Year 1 Financials of the business proposal.
Everything was clearly organized, and it was nice to have all of the columns and tabs created for me. Editing the spreadsheet felt exactly like working in Excel.
Step 8: Open the Landing Page

I also went to check out the landing page by clicking “Open in new tab.”

The landing page looked good overall, staying on brand and functioning well. However, it wasn’t perfect. For example, the background color of the hero section was too light, making the text illegible.
Step 9: Edit the Landing Page

I went back to the chatbot and gave it this prompt:
“Change the hero section background to a high-res image of a futuristic indoor farm and make the ‘Call to Action’ button bright orange.”

A few minutes later, Skywork generated a new landing page with my applied requests. It looked much better this time around!
Overall, Skywork.ai was a fast and effective tool for turning my prompt into multiple assets. It wasn’t flawless, but the ability to generate and edit slides, spreadsheets, and landing pages in one workflow was impressive.
Top 3 Skywork.ai Alternatives
Here are the best Skywork.ai alternatives:
Lindy
The first Skywork.ai alternative I’d recommend is Lindy. It focuses on building AI agents that act like digital employees for sales, support, marketing, and operations.
Both platforms aim to save time with AI, but they solve different problems. On the one hand, Skywork.ai is best for creating assets like documents, slides, spreadsheets, websites, and research reports from a single prompt. Meanwhile, Lindy is built around automating workflows and running ongoing tasks through AI agents connected to your tools.
For fast research, polished content, and outputs in multiple formats in one workspace, choose Skywork.ai. For AI agents that handle calls, emails, support tickets, and internal operations automatically, choose Lindy.

Gamma.app
The next Skywork.ai alternative I’d recommend is Gamma.app. It focuses on quickly creating beautiful presentations, documents, websites, and social content, with a strong emphasis on design and storytelling.
Both platforms use AI to quickly turn ideas into polished outputs. They’re great for skipping the blank page and moving straight to finished work.
However, Skywork.ai stands out for its deep research capabilities, data handling, and the ability to manage multi-step workflows across documents, spreadsheets, slides, websites, and code in a single prompt. Meanwhile, Gamma.app stands out on the creative side. It consistently produces attractive slides, pages, and visuals with real-time collaboration and easy sharing.
For research-heavy projects, spreadsheets, and complex workflows, choose Skywork.ai. For stunning presentations, fast content creation, and great storytelling, choose Gamma.app.

Microsoft Copilot Studio
The final Skywork.ai alternative I’d recommend is Microsoft Copilot Studio. It lets you create, customize, and manage AI agents that work with your business data. These agents can be deployed across internal systems or external channels like websites, apps, and social platforms.
Both platforms help streamline complex workflows and reduce tool switching, making them ideal for multi-step, research-heavy projects.
However, Microsoft Copilot Studio builds agents tailored to specific business needs (e.g., finance, HR, IT support, or customer service) while integrating with Microsoft 365 tools. Meanwhile, Skywork.ai quickly produces documents, slides, spreadsheets, visuals, websites, podcasts, and code from a single prompt.
For internal AI agents integrated with Microsoft 365, choose Copilot Studio. For fast, all-in-one content creation, choose Skywork.ai.
Skywork.ai Review: The Right Tool For You?
Overall, my experience with Skywork.ai was fast and surprisingly powerful. Generating a pitch deck, spreadsheet, and landing page in one workflow saved me lots of time. It was nice not having to jump between tools, and despite not being perfect, I was impressed with the results.
However, it isn’t perfect. For one, you still need to fact-check research. But for research-heavy projects, it’s a tool I’d definitely use again.
If you’re curious about the best Skywork.ai alternatives, here’s what I’d recommend:
- Lindy is best for teams who want AI agents to handle calls, emails, support tickets, and internal workflows automatically.
- Gamma.app is best for creatives who need quick, visually polished presentations, websites, or social content with strong storytelling.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio is best for businesses using Microsoft 365 that want to build custom AI agents for finance, HR, IT, or customer service.
