Fyxer AI Raises $30M as Demand Surges for Its AI-Powered Email and Productivity Assistant

mm

Fyxer AI, the fast-growing startup tackling email overload with its AI-powered executive assistant, announced today that it has raised $30 million in Series B funding. Designed for everyday professionals drowning in routine admin, Fyxer combines intelligent email drafting, meeting summaries, and scheduling into one seamless platform. The round was led by Madrona with participation from Lakestar Capital, alongside existing investors including Salesforce founder Marc Benioff, 20VC, and 20Growth. The investment will accelerate Fyxer’s U.S. expansion and marks a pivotal step in its evolution from a reactive AI assistant into a proactive strategic partner. As part of the round, Madrona Managing Director Karan Mehandru will join the board, reinforcing investor confidence in Fyxer’s mission to redefine how professionals manage their workday.

From Email Overwhelm to Executive-Level Efficiency

In just eight months, Fyxer’s annual recurring revenue has grown from $1 million to $17 million, serving more than 180,000 users. Those users have already generated over 15 million drafted replies and more than half a million meeting summaries. Perhaps most telling, 90% of users are still active after three months—a level of retention rare in the productivity space.

Polling of 1,000 U.S. professionals commissioned by Fyxer highlights the scale of the problem the company is tackling:

  • 59% feel overwhelmed by routine tasks such as email and coordination.

  • 51% spend more than a quarter of their day on low-value admin work.

  • 72% believe AI-powered assistants would help them reclaim time for meaningful projects.

A Seamless Ally—Not Another Tool

Built by brothers Richard and Archie Hollingsworth and CTO Matt Ffrench—who previously founded a successful $5 million virtual executive assistant business—Fyxer was designed for professionals without executive support or technical expertise.

Unlike other solutions that add new layers of complexity, Fyxer integrates with existing platforms like Gmail, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom. Its AI handles drafting, scheduling, meeting summaries, and proactive follow-ups, all informed by a proprietary dataset of more than 500,000 hours of real-world assistant workflows. This allows Fyxer to deliver responses and recommendations with context and accuracy that feel personally attuned.

Powerful Adoption Across Industries

Fyxer is already seeing rapid adoption across diverse professional settings. In the U.S., eXp Realty scaled from an initial 40 users to 2,000 within eight weeks, boosting broker efficiency. In the U.K., Knight Frank transitioned from pilot to full adoption in just eight weeks, streamlining internal communication across its teams.

These examples reflect Fyxer’s ability to adapt to the needs of everyday professionals—from real estate brokers to operations managers—without requiring major workflow changes.

The Series B funding will allow Fyxer to double its headcount within months, focusing on U.S.-based hires in product development and sales. The company is also enhancing its natural language capabilities, organizational memory, and integrations, moving from a reactive assistant into a proactive strategic partner that anticipates user needs.

The Future of Work with AI Partners

Fyxer’s rise underscores a broader shift in how professionals engage with technology. Productivity software is moving beyond “apps that help you work” into agents that work alongside you, absorbing context, handling coordination, and surfacing insights.

Looking ahead, the implications are profound:

  • Real estate and client services: AI partners could manage thousands of simultaneous client communications, flagging only the moments that require human attention.

  • Healthcare and education: Assistants could summarize patient notes or lesson plans, ensuring professionals spend more time with people, not paperwork.

  • Corporate operations: Complex cross-team projects could be coordinated automatically, with AI partners predicting bottlenecks and reallocating resources before problems arise.

This transition represents more than efficiency. It signals a cultural reset in knowledge work—where professional energy is reclaimed for tasks that demand creativity, empathy, and strategy. Instead of juggling digital clutter, individuals could rely on AI partners to orchestrate the routine, freeing them to focus on uniquely human contributions.

Fyxer AI is one of the first platforms to prove that this vision isn’t theoretical—it’s already happening. With fresh capital, fast adoption, and a product designed for accessibility, the company is positioning itself at the heart of a future where AI isn’t just a tool, but a trusted professional ally.
