Dr. Itamar Arel, co-founder of Tenyx (acquired by Salesforce in September 2024), blends his academic background as a former professor at the University of Tennessee and Stanford University’s AI lab with entrepreneurial success, co-founding pioneering companies Binatix, Apprente (acquired by McDonald’s and IBM) and Tenyx. Itamar recently held the position of corporate VP and head of McD Tech Labs at McDonald’s Corporation and head of conversational AI at IBM Watson Orders.
