Tech Mahindra Rolls Out Build with Gemini to 12,500+ Associates

Tech Mahindra announced on October 6, 2026, an expansion of its agentic AI readiness through its partnership with Google Cloud, scaling hands-on Gemini Enterprise capabilities across its global workforce with a workshop program reaching more than 12,500 associates worldwide.
Readiness Expansion
Tech Mahindra, a provider of AI-powered digital transformation and technology consulting solutions to enterprises across industries, said the expanded readiness is aimed at supporting growing enterprise demand for production-ready AI. The company said its scaled readiness combines trained and certified talent with reusable industry solutions, production deployment experience, and a growing portfolio of agentic AI solutions and agents. According to the company, that combination is designed to help customers move from AI experimentation to implementation and adoption.
Build with Gemini Workshop
A key element of the expansion is Build with Gemini, a Google Cloud hands-on workshop that Tech Mahindra is rolling out to more than 12,500 associates worldwide. Designed as an immersive event, the workshop has participants learn to create, secure, and govern AI agents using Gemini Enterprise tools and solutions, including Agent Runtime, Agent Gateway, and Model Armor. Tech Mahindra said attendees develop practical skills that can be applied directly to client engagements. Associates completing the workshop earn a Google Cloud Skill Badge, which the company said further strengthens the talent base supporting its delivery capabilities.
Pramod Panda, Chief Learning Officer at Tech Mahindra, said: “Enterprise AI will scale only when organizations can combine technology innovation with the talent and delivery capability required to put it into production.” Panda said the companies are building that capability by combining hands-on Gemini Enterprise expertise with industry solutions, agents, and real-world deployment experience, an effort he said strengthens Tech Mahindra’s ability to help clients move faster from AI ambition to measurable outcomes consistent with its AI Delivered Right approach.
Portfolio and Deployment Experience
Tech Mahindra’s expanding portfolio includes industry-specific solutions available through Google Cloud Marketplace, which the company said enables customers to accelerate enterprise AI adoption with capabilities designed for real-world business environments. The expansion builds on the company’s experience deploying Gemini Enterprise in complex enterprise environments and on industry-specific agentic AI solutions it has developed across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and other sectors, according to the company.
Kelly Rogan, Vice President of Global System Integrators Partnerships at Google Cloud, said enterprises are shifting rapidly from AI experimentation to deployment, a stage at which she said domain expertise and robust engineering matter most. “By scaling Gemini Enterprise, Tech Mahindra equips its global teams to build, deploy, and govern agentic AI solutions,” Rogan said, adding that the companies are helping joint customers accelerate innovation and drive business value with Google Cloud.
Strategy Context and Prior Gemini Collaboration
The workshop program sits within Tech Mahindra’s broader AI Delivered Right strategy, which the company describes as an enterprise AI approach designed to help organizations move from experimentation to impact and translate AI investments into measurable outcomes. The strategy is anchored in four pillars: Productivity Delivered, Transformation Delivered, Innovation Delivered, and Assurance Delivered. On its strategy page, Tech Mahindra names TechM agentX and the TechM co-pilot as key offerings under Productivity Delivered and describes Makers Lab, its innovation hub, under Innovation Delivered. Under Assurance Delivered, the company said it embeds trust, safety, and compliance into AI solutions, with platforms equipped with built-in controls for data privacy, model drift, and bias detection.
The readiness expansion follows a December 18, 2025 announcement in which Tech Mahindra said it planned to accelerate enterprise adoption of Gemini Enterprise using Google’s Gemini 2.5 multimodal models. The earlier release said the collaboration combines the company’s implementation experience, AI-first engineering talent, and TechM Orion framework with Google Cloud’s AI capabilities, and that Gemini Enterprise would enable the creation of specialized AI agents, embed governance and safety guardrails, and integrate with Google Cloud’s ecosystem, including the Vertex AI platform, Google BigQuery, and advanced data-to-AI pipelines. That release identified Tech Mahindra as a Google Cloud Premier Partner and cited its dedicated Centers of Excellence, a portfolio of ready-to-deploy agentic AI solutions, and a certified talent pool skilled in Google Cloud AI technologies.
Tech Mahindra said the expansion reinforces its focus on collaborating with Google Cloud to help enterprises build the skills, solutions, and delivery capacity required to move agentic AI from experimentation to production at scale.
