Publication timing & embargo

Dates are requests, not confirmed bookings. Publication cannot precede an embargo. We confirm timing before production. Each article in a package has its own approved brief and schedule.

DELIVERY & SCHEDULING

Built around your announcement.

  • Fit review: within one business day of receiving a complete brief.
  • First draft: within two business days after acceptance and receipt of the necessary source materials or product access.
  • Included revision: within one business day of receiving consolidated feedback.
  • Publication: within one business day after finalization, or on your confirmed publication date and time.

Share your launch date, preferred publication time and time zone, plus any embargo. We confirm the schedule before production. If additional product access or verification is needed, we flag it during the fit review and agree the timing with you. A requested date is not a confirmed booking.

Embargoed articles must not be published before the agreed release date and time. If your preferred publication time conflicts with an embargo, we will resolve the schedule with you before confirming it. Each article in a bulk package has its own brief and publication schedule.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Full refunds before your first draft.

Cancel any article before its first draft is delivered for a full refund, even if research or writing has started. Once its first draft is delivered, that article is non-refundable for customer cancellation; your included revision remains available.

For bulk packages, every remaining article without a delivered first draft stays fully refundable at its original package rate. Receiving a draft for one article does not affect refunds for the others. We do not reprice completed articles or withdraw your bulk discount.

  • Single article: $2,500 USD per refundable article.
  • Three-article package: $2,250 USD per refundable article.
  • Five-article package: $2,000 USD per refundable article.

If Unite.AI declines your company or topic, or cannot fulfill the agreed service, we refund the affected article in full regardless of draft status. If the entire package is declined or cannot be fulfilled, we refund its full purchase price.

To request cancellation, contact us with your order reference and the articles you wish to cancel. The cutoff is when you submit your cancellation request, not when our team replies. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
