Shikha Singh is the Business Unit Head of Banking and Financial Services at WNS, Part of Capgemini. She is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Shikha brings a diverse background in strategy and operations leadership, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering large-scale transformation programs across business services, corporate functions and client delivery.
Prior to joining WNS, Shikha held senior roles at Citibank, Deloitte, Nomura and AON. Her global career spans Asia, Europe and the US, giving her a deep, multicultural perspective on business and leadership. She holds an MSc in International Management from SOAS University of London.
