With over 20 years of experience, Roland has a proven track record of transforming complex risk landscapes into tangible business value. Before joining JumpCloud, he spent eight years as VP of Security and Compliance at Sumo Logic, where he built the Global Security Operations Center from the ground up and achieved critical certifications including FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
Roland is known for his pragmatic, hands-on leadership style—equally comfortable briefing the Board of Directors as he is rolling up his sleeves in the SOC.
