Noel Cunningham is the Managing Director of the Global Design Studio at Nagarro. She is a passionate advocate for human-centered design who firmly believes in the power of design to craft innovative products, experiences, and entire business ecosystems. For two decades, she has dedicated her career to championing design-led initiatives that drive business results.
As the MD of Nagarro's Global Design Studio, she is deeply committed to leading teams that create value through empathy, creativity, and meticulous execution. Nagarro is focused on thoughtfully designed, strategic solutions that strive to impact a company's bottom line and — more importantly, customers' lives. Before joining Nagarro, she served as Design Director at Organizing for Action (barackobama.com) and as a Lecturer/Adjunct Faculty at School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
