Mike is the Global Head of Platform and Talent for Randstad Digital, the technology engagement and enablement division of Randstad. He oversees the digital talent marketplace and talent community that powers Randstad Digital’s business. Previously, Mike was the CEO and Co-Founder of the AI-driven on-demand developer marketplace Torc, which was acquired by Randstad in May 2024.
