Luke Alexander is the Founder and CEO of Kendo AI, an AI sales training and management platform for reps, managers, and sales-led founders. After training over 5,000 sales reps, he grew frustrated with how little tooling existed for their day-to-day workflow while GTM tech kept multiplying. This motivated him to create Kendo, focusing on AI roleplay, automated call scoring, and candidate screening. For Luke, in an age where everyone is trying to use AI to replace people, sales is a human interaction, and AI should enhance that human element, not automate it away.
