Leo Scott is the Managing Director of DataTribe. He has a 30-year history as a technology entrepreneur, co-founding and building three successful technology firms, all of which have since been acquired: Clara Vista acquired by CMGI (1999), Incando / Pickle.com acquired by Scripps Networks (2007), and BrightContext acquired by WealthEngine (2014).

In addition to building startups, Leo has worked in a variety of mid-size and large enterprises solving business and technology challenges and helping to lead companies through difficult restructuring and turnaround situations. Starting his career as a software engineer at the very beginning of Web 1.0, he has spent his whole career building online solutions covering a wide swath of business solutions such as big data driven marketing technology, financial portfolio management, satellite telemetry processing, and the TV Everywhere initiative.

Leo holds a BS in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Computer Science from George Washington University.
