Holly Grant is president of AI Innovation and Strategy & LabX for DXC Technology, reporting to CEO Raul Fernandez. She leads LabX, DXC's AI-native product incubator, along with the commercial side of DXC's AI platform strategy through the AI Platforms Engine, helping customers move from AI pilots to deployments at scale.
Holly joined DXC in November 2024 and previously served as senior vice president of Strategy and Innovation, helping shape DXC's AI strategy and establish LabX.
Prior to DXC, Holly held executive leadership roles spanning strategy, operations and innovation, including chief operating officer of the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE).
Holly holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
