Denis Alkhazov is Founder and Managing Partner of Teravolt, an AI infrastructure company developing next-generation data center projects from concept to commissioning, where he leads strategy, key partnerships, and capital allocation. He brings over two decades of experience structuring and operating technology and asset-heavy businesses in complex jurisdictions, alongside UHNWIs and industrial partners.
Previously, Denis worked directly with the owners of a major natural resources group as their trusted partner on technology investments, deploying both corporate and family capital. He managed a $250 million investment fund across ~30 portfolio companies, later developing it through an additional $800 million program into a multi-vertical ecosystem in Central Asia. He also held independent director and investment-oversight roles across the same shareholders' diversified holdings, leading governance and restructuring efforts. His experience also spans fintech and banking, including co-founding a digital bank.
