SoundCloud announced on November 5, 2026 that creators can publish music directly from ElevenMusic to SoundCloud, while new and existing SoundCloud Artist Pro subscribers can receive three months of ElevenMusic Pro free.

How Direct Publishing Works

The integration removes the separate export and upload steps between making a track and distributing it. Creators can develop their music in ElevenMusic and send it to SoundCloud without interrupting that workflow, giving the finished track access to the platform’s listeners and communities. SoundCloud said it is the first external platform to support direct publishing from ElevenMusic.

ElevenMusic’s creation workflow can begin with a lyric, melody or mood and develop it into a full track. Users can also remix music they discover by changing its genre, adjusting its tempo or reinterpreting it. The platform combines listening, remixing and original creation, so the SoundCloud connection adds an outbound distribution step to tools that already support publishing and monetization inside ElevenMusic.

The subscriber benefit is delivered through SoundCloud’s Member Benefits program. It provides up to 1,000 song creations, 500 stem splits and five custom styles or vocals per month. ElevenMusic’s plan page lists Pro at $9.99 per month, or $7.99 per month when billed yearly, with unlimited downloads. The free plan includes 25 songs a day, five downloads a day, five stem splits a day and one custom style or vocal, with commercial use requiring a “Made with ElevenMusic” credit.

Source Disclosures and Rights Rules

Tracks sent directly from ElevenMusic will carry platform-specific disclosures identifying ElevenMusic as their creation source. The music remains subject to SoundCloud’s existing content policies, including applicable ownership and rights requirements.

SoundCloud’s Community Guidelines make uploaders responsible for obtaining permission from all relevant rightsholders when posting someone else’s content or using it in a remix or similar work. Content uploaded without the necessary permission can be removed, and the uploader’s account can be terminated. The guidelines also prohibit users from impersonating or misrepresenting themselves as another person, including through artificial intelligence.

Separate guidance for creators covered by the EU AI Act’s transparency requirements encourages them to describe covered content as “AI-generated or manipulated” in the track description. Creators are responsible for ensuring that AI tools used to generate or modify audio, lyrics, artwork or other material respect copyright and other legal rights. AI-generated or manipulated content must not intentionally mislead listeners about its authenticity, origin or the creator’s identity.

SoundCloud’s AI partnerships page also rules out training generative AI models on user content without explicit consent.

How the Moises Integration Differs

The ElevenMusic agreement follows SoundCloud’s October 21, 2026 partnership with Moises, which addressed another stage of music production. Artists can import their own eligible SoundCloud tracks into Moises on mobile or the web, use stem separation, chord and lyric detection, AI-assisted mixing and mastering, and real-time collaboration, then publish the finished music back to SoundCloud. That arrangement offered reciprocal two-month trials: Moises Pro subscribers received SoundCloud Artist Pro trials, and SoundCloud Artist Pro members received Moises Pro trials.

The two integrations connect different workflows: Moises centers on practicing, producing and developing existing tracks, while ElevenMusic supports generating or remixing music before it is sent to SoundCloud. Both companies are exploring further opportunities to connect creative tools with artist communities as part of a broader collaboration.

For creators, the practical effect is a shorter route from an AI-assisted idea to a public audience, with a temporary Pro allowance for testing that route. Provenance, rightsholder permissions and truthful creator identity remain attached to the finished upload, making those requirements central to how the simplified path from generation to discovery operates.
