Ocient Raises $100M Series C to Accelerate OcientAIQ Delivery

Ocient announced on November 5, 2026 that it had closed a $100 million Series C round co-led by BOKA Capital and OCA Ventures, bringing its total capital raised to $260 million. The funding will accelerate delivery of OcientAIQ Solutions for organizations running agentic AI analytics against dynamic, petabyte-scale data and critical-infrastructure workloads.
All existing investors participated, alongside several new investors. Returning backers included Greycroft, In-Q-Tel, Blue Bear Capital, Buoyant Ventures, PSP Growth, Pritzker Group Venture Capital and Eron Wolf. BOKA Capital is also joining Ocient’s board.
Ocient expects revenue to more than triple in 2026, citing demand from customers in industries that depend on continuously expanding, high-volume datasets. Earlier in 2026, the company formalized its India operations and Ocient National Security Solutions as dedicated subsidiaries.
CEO John Morris said the investment and investors’ expertise would help extend OcientAIQ to more customers as they scale their data and AI operations. He described the operational stakes: “Our customers operate at a scale where the speed, quality, and reliability of an answer can have significant consequences.”
Platform Architecture and Delivery
OcientAIQ Solutions are pre-built, industry-specific offerings delivered on the OcientAIQ Unified Data Platform. Each combines the platform with a Solution Pack containing curated agent skills, industry semantics and proven delivery patterns, framing outcomes in the terminology of the customer’s domain. Deployments are tailored to individual customer environments and provide components for agents and analysts to query and interpret data in real time.
The underlying platform unifies ingestion, governance, intelligence, business context and agent skills in one engine. Ocient says the design enforces access, policy and lineage controls over agent activity and runs analysis inside the engine rather than through a language model, making results reproducible and auditable while reducing data movement and token costs.
A dedicated OcientAIQ Solutions Delivery team designs, validates and deploys the offerings in customer environments. Its responsibilities extend from gathering requirements through production deployment and ongoing support. That team gives the funding a concrete implementation target: putting tailored systems into production and supporting them after deployment.
Target Workloads
Ocient says its industry use cases analyze complete datasets without sampling. In cybersecurity, the software ingests network and security data as quickly as it is generated and makes it immediately queryable, helping teams detect emerging threats and trace where an indicator has appeared, and since when, across the full history.
The compliance offering is designed to help communications service providers meet regulatory obligations by retrieving every required record throughout mandated retention windows. Those records include call detail records and internet connection records, with lineage and traceability preserved across the retrieval process.
A third use case supports enterprises, service providers and government agencies building an AI-ready data engine that they own and operate in their own environment. The engine brings their largest datasets together so teams and AI agents can develop successive applications on the complete record rather than dividing the underlying information among separate systems.
The round ties Ocient’s growth plan to execution inside customer environments. Its approach pairs governed analysis of complete datasets with industry-specific packaging and hands-on deployment; the open question is how widely that delivery model can convert demand for high-volume analytics into production systems.
