Pudu Robotics Establishes Regional HQ in Neuss to Anchor Europe Operations

Pudu Robotics on October 30, 2026 announced the opening of its European headquarters in Neuss, Germany, bringing sales, product demonstrations, training, warehousing and after-sales services together in a single facility. The company said office operations, a product showroom, warehousing, training, sales, after-sales service and repair capabilities at the site are all now operational.
A Regional Hub in Neuss
The Neuss facility supports product demonstrations, customer engagement, distributor training and local service delivery, and serves as a hub for coordinating the company’s regional business activities. The headquarters complements Pudu Robotics’ existing European offices, partner network and warehousing infrastructure in the Netherlands and Germany, resources the company said strengthen coordination across sales, deployment and after-sales support and provide a foundation for continued growth across the region.
Bella Sun, Vice President and General Manager for Europe at Pudu Robotics, described Europe as an important growth market for the company. As adoption expands, Sun said, customers need local teams and service capabilities that can support deployment and ongoing operations over the long term. “Our European headquarters in Neuss strengthens our ability to work closely with partners and customers across the region and support the next phase of our growth,” Sun said.
European Footprint and Reported Growth
The company said its business spans more than 20 countries across Europe, and reported that over the past two years, markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland have each recorded annual business growth of more than 60%.
The announcement said the company serves customers across 16 industries, including retail, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, transportation and education, among others. Its European customers include retailers and hospitality groups such as EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Marriott, Van der Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarché and Denner, along with transportation hubs such as Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The announcement cited Denner, a Swiss supermarket chain, as an example: the chain has deployed more than 200 PUDU CC1 Series cleaning robots across its store network. Pudu said it works with customers to adapt deployment plans to store layouts and operating patterns while providing technical assistance and ongoing operational support, helping customers integrate robotic cleaning into daily operations and expand its use across their businesses.
Local Teams and Service Infrastructure
Pudu said its European growth is supported by an operating model built around local teams, regional partners and service infrastructure. Across Europe, the company has nearly 50 sales professionals supporting channel partners and customer projects, alongside nearly 40 technical support personnel serving different markets and deployments. Its local infrastructure includes a service center in Germany and warehousing facilities in the Netherlands and Germany that hold whole-robot inventory and spare parts.
The company said it works with local distributors, system integrators and service providers to support market development, deployment and ongoing maintenance, and that it has established local organizational structures and operational objectives within its European subsidiaries, with continued investment in sales and service teams, warehousing and local service networks. Multilingual support is provided in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and other languages.
From September Plan to October Opening
The opening follows a plan the company disclosed on September 14, 2026, when, following IFA Berlin 2026, it said it would establish a new European headquarters in Germany to coordinate regional strategy and operations while enhancing local management, customer support, partner enablement and solution delivery. At that time, Pudu already operated offices in key European markets including Germany and the Netherlands, with local teams spanning sales, marketing, solutions, technical support and after-sales service, and all four of its product lines were available in Europe.
The September announcement also documented the company’s European deployments at that time, including MediaMarkt and Albert Heijn in the Netherlands, Carrefour in Poland and EDEKA in Germany in retail; Parkhotel in Austria, Marriott hotels in Poland, Magic Natura Resort in Spain and Meritum smart workplace facilities in Poland across hospitality and office environments; and St. Antonius Hospital in the Netherlands, where a coordinated multi-robot solution supports cleaning, pathology sample delivery and material delivery. Shaoke Logistics in the Netherlands had introduced PUDU CC1 and PUDU MT1 robots to support warehouse-cleaning operations, while DOREAFAMILY senior-care facilities and Kühl Cleaning in Germany had also adopted Pudu robots. The company said the PUDU D5 had entered volume delivery in Europe.
Pudu Robotics reports more than 130,000 robots shipped and a presence in more than 85 countries and regions. The company describes a One Brain, Multiple Embodiments architecture spanning specialized, semi-humanoid and humanoid robots, with a portfolio covering service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, general embodied AI, commercial grounds care and consumer lawn care.
The company said it will continue to develop its local operating capabilities, deepen collaboration with regional partners and expand the application of its robotic solutions across industries, supporting customers as robotics becomes increasingly integrated into everyday operations.
