Multi-Year Anthropic Deal Makes Hexaware a Claude Preferred Partner

Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT services and solutions, on October 8, 2026, announced a multi-year partnership with Anthropic that makes Hexaware a Preferred Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network and builds Claude into two Hexaware platforms: Zerovity, its AI-native engineering platform, and AgentVerse, its agent build and governance platform with more than 600 pre-built agents.
Under the partnership, Hexaware and Anthropic will work together on go-to-market activities, joint solution development, and customer deployments, and Hexaware will expand Claude training across its delivery teams. Hexaware said it will use Claude to deliver outcome-based services across IT operations and software engineering, describing enterprise clients as increasingly buying results rather than effort.
Siddharth Dhar, President & Global Head – AI at Hexaware, said: “Enterprises are focused on driving business outcomes. We are putting Claude at the heart of Zerovity and AgentVerse, so our clients reach production results faster, at a cost they can plan around.”
Vinod Chandran, Hexaware’s Chief Operating Officer, said the company’s teams have already certified more than 1,100 people on Claude and that Preferred Partner status lets Hexaware bring that capability to clients together with Anthropic, from initial proofs of value through scaled production.
Era Sahni, Head of Partnerships – International at Anthropic, said enterprise employees are working directly with Claude and that companies are using it to run many of the systems their businesses depend on. Many of those companies, she said, want a partner that can help move Claude into production and identify the most valuable use cases across every team. She said Hexaware’s customers already trust it with IT operations and software engineering, adding that this is “where much of this work gets done and where Claude can have an outsized impact.”
Two Ways Clients Can Engage
Hexaware said clients can engage with the partnership in two ways. The first starts with a business outcome: its Zero Friction Enterprise offerings target technical debt, security vulnerabilities, backlogs, support tickets, process bottlenecks, and license costs. The second starts with the development tools: clients can connect their existing development tools directly to the Zerovity harness, which applies token optimization and in-built software delivery agents.
The AgentVerse Platform
Hexaware’s platform documentation describes AgentVerse as its enterprise AI agent platform, built to move organizations from AI pilots to full-scale production, with a library of more than 600 prebuilt agents deployable across customer experience, finance, retail, and other functions.
The documentation says AgentVerse orchestrates agents through multi-step processes using multi-agent routing, shared memory, and state management, so agents can hand off complex work without losing context. Pre-built connectors and MCP integrations connect agents into enterprise systems, including CRM, ITSM, knowledge, data platform, telephony, and collaboration tools across Azure, AWS, NVIDIA, and open-source software, allowing agents to execute actions directly in systems of record.
On governance, the documentation lists role- and attribute-based access controls, policy enforcement, PII filtering, full audit trails, and decision traces for every agent run, applied at the platform level. It says built-in guardrails and adversarial testing validate agents before they reach production, and it describes three studios (Development, Testing, and Ops) covering the path from Define to Operate. Other documented capabilities include grounded retrieval from knowledge bases, documents, and data stores; human-in-the-loop approval workflows at sensitive steps; outcome instrumentation that measures accuracy, cycle time, and savings against a baseline; and a visual builder backed by a tool registry, prompt studio, and skill catalog.
The documentation also lists outcome figures for the platform. Hexaware says AgentVerse moves enterprise AI work from proof of concept to production two to three times faster, delivers 30–50% total-cost-of-ownership savings through intelligent model routing and resource right-sizing, automates more than 90% of guardrail and compliance coverage, and achieves approximately 40% faster mean time to resolution through AIOps-driven drift detection and auto-remediation.
An Existing Anthropic Relationship
Hexaware said the new alliance builds on its existing relationship with Anthropic, including its authorization to resell Claude through Amazon Bedrock. Hexaware announced on June 25, 2026, that it had been named an Anthropic Authorized Reseller for Amazon Bedrock, an agreement under which it can sell, integrate, and support Claude models directly to enterprise clients worldwide.
That earlier announcement said Hexaware was scaling Claude-powered solutions across use cases including intelligent document processing, automated compliance, advanced customer service, clinical data summarization, supply chain intelligence, and AI-assisted software engineering, with priority on AI in the software development life cycle, private equity transformation, and cybersecurity. It also said Hexaware had established a dedicated AI center of excellence to support AI strategy, architecture, and implementation across its global delivery network.
