Metaview Raises $60M Series C to Expand AI Recruiting Platform

Metaview announced a $60 million Series C on September 30, 2026, led by Insight Partners with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures. The round brings the company’s total funding to $110 million.
Metaview was founded in 2018 by former Uber and Palantir leaders Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh. Magos serves as CEO and Tajbakhsh as co-founder and CTO. The company said the new capital comes about a year after its previous round.
In his announcement post, Magos framed the raise around what he called “Recruiting’s Claude Code moment,” writing that engineers have already moved from writing every line of code to orchestrating agents that handle implementation, and that recruiting work would follow the same path. Ryan Hinkle, managing director at Insight Partners, said Metaview has built a platform that brings more structure and intelligence across each stage of hiring, from sourcing and screening through to the final decision.
Magos described recruiting as an $800 billion industry in which teams are scaled up to accommodate hiring spikes and dismantled just as quickly. His post cites Greenhouse benchmark data showing applications per recruiter up 412%, SHRM research putting the average time to fill a role at nearly 45 days, and a Robert Half finding that nearly 50% of hiring decisions are later regretted.
From Interview Capture to Recruiting Agents
Metaview’s first product captured hiring interviews, and the company says it has captured more than 6 million to date. The company says that context now powers connected AI agents that source candidates before they apply, review inbound applications against the role brief, conduct structured screening conversations, and turn human interviews into usable notes, with people setting the criteria and making every final decision.
More than 7,000 companies hire with Metaview, according to the company, which named Deel, Affirm, Navan, and Replit among its customers and said customers have reduced time-to-hire in some cases by more than 75%. Richard Yan, Global People & Talent at Airwallex, said Metaview has helped increase his organization’s recruiting capacity and given hiring teams shared context for faster, more informed decisions.
The company’s homepage presents the platform as modules named Sourcing, Application Review, Screening, Notes, Reports, and a fillmore coworker, and states that Metaview integrates with applicant tracking and CRM tools including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, and SmartRecruiters. The homepage also describes enterprise-level security controls referencing SOC 2, the GDPR and CCPA data-protection laws, and single sign-on, along with an audit trail of AI reasoning behind each output, and displays customer logos including Brex, Intercom, Riot Games, GEICO, and Miro.
Fillmore Reaches General Availability
Metaview introduced fillmore on June 9, 2026, describing it as an autonomous recruiting agent that researches prospective candidates, constructs target lists, writes personalized outreach, manages follow-up conversations, and schedules meetings with interested candidates. The agent operates inside Slack, where recruiters and hiring managers refine searches, adjust outreach, review pipelines, and redirect priorities through conversation.
On August 11, 2026, the company announced its acquisition of Reval, an AI-native recruiting firm founded in 2023 whose AI sourced, screened, and delivered candidates for more than 100 enterprises and recruiting agencies. Reval founders Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta joined Metaview to accelerate fillmore’s development, and the company said at the time that more than 2,000 hiring managers and recruiting teams were on the fillmore waitlist.
The Series C takes fillmore to general availability alongside new specialist agents, and Magos said the company is building additional agents across the recruiting process, including a dedicated AI screening agent. In one recent hire described in his post, fillmore sourced, researched, and contacted 52 candidates and booked five screening calls, with the hire going from first sourced to a signed offer in 30 days. With agents handling the administrative layer, Magos wrote, “recruiting becomes always on, while people stay in control of the decisions that matter.”
Stated Use of Proceeds
Metaview said the round funds three priorities: expanding the platform with new agents across the recruiting process; investing in 10x Recruiting, its community and training program for recruiters, talent operations staff, and hiring leaders, built around what the company calls talent engineering, the discipline of designing, running, and improving AI-powered hiring systems; and opening a New York office alongside its existing teams in London and San Francisco.
The company plans to grow from 80 people to 250 by the end of 2027, with hiring across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market roles.
