Creatio announced a $300 million investment on September 22, 2026, saying it will direct the funding from 2026 through 2028 to Creatio Bank.AI, its AI CRM and workflow offering for banks and financial institutions.

The company said the commitment will accelerate product AI innovation while expanding the enablement and deployment capabilities and the partner ecosystem it said are needed to drive AI adoption at scale across financial institutions. Creatio reported that its financial services vertical grew 48% year over year, and said the investment builds on that demand as financial institutions accelerate their adoption of AI.

Creatio said it has built long-standing relationships in financial services with organizations including Nasdaq, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Metro Bank, MetLife, CEC Bank, OTP Bank, National Bank of Panama, and ESL Credit Union.

CEO Katherine Kostereva said the next generation of banking will be built around people and AI agents working together across customer and operational workflows. She said the investment is intended to accelerate that transition, giving financial institutions “the technology, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem to adopt AI faster and at enterprise scale.”

Product Investment Across Growth, Service, and Operations

From 2026 through 2028, Creatio said it will significantly increase investment across several strategic areas, beginning with enterprise adoption of agentic AI. The company plans to accelerate development of the Creatio Bank.AI platform, which combines its AI platform, its AI CRM, and pre-built banking agents.

The platform powers three core banking domains: Growth, Service, and Operations. According to Creatio, Growth agents are built to accelerate customer acquisition, onboarding, and share-of-wallet expansion, while Service agents are aimed at faster, more personalized resolution for customers. Operations agents target compliance, regulatory reporting, and mid- and back-office work.

Creatio also said it will continue advancing AI Studio, with planned work on no-code designers for both personal and enterprise AI agents, centralized AI governance, integrations, AI modality management, security, and enterprise-grade observability.

Enablement Programs and the Unlimited Enterprise Vision

A second area of the investment covers AI adoption and enablement for customers and partners. Creatio said the focus is on equipping the banking community with the knowledge, frameworks, and hands-on guidance needed to adopt AI at scale. The investment expands the company’s AI activation programs, which include dedicated training programs, AI accelerator workshops, and industry-specific guidance.

Creatio also said it is strengthening its global channel delivery capabilities so that implementation partners have the expertise to help financial institutions deploy high-value AI use cases.

The company described the commitment as building on its Unlimited Enterprise vision, in which people and AI agents work together on a single platform without traditional constraints around users, agents, workflows, applications, or scale.

Bank.AI Hub and Scheduled Events

The investment follows Creatio’s launch of the Bank.AI hub on September 17, 2026, a digital destination at www.bank.ai that the company describes as a resource for banks and credit unions navigating AI adoption. The hub brings together banking-specific AI innovation, practical use cases, real-world case studies, thought leadership, and other resources.

In the launch announcement, Creatio said banking leaders are moving beyond experimentation and asking broader questions about how AI fits into customer operations, everyday work, and long-term technology strategy. The hub is organized around three areas: Grow, which covers customer and member acquisition, onboarding, and personalized engagement; Serve, which examines customer service across the relationship lifecycle, from account servicing and case management to omnichannel engagement; and Operate, which covers operational workflows such as compliance, document management, and approvals.

“Banks and credit unions shouldn’t have to search across multiple places to understand how AI is transforming financial services,” said Burley Kawasaki, SVP Industries at Creatio. He said the hub was created to bring banking solutions, product innovation, customer stories, industry insights, and events together in one place, whether organizations are evaluating new technology or looking for practical ideas they can apply immediately.

Creatio will host a digital event titled “Bank.AI: Practical AI Use Cases for Banking” on September 24, 2026, focused on real-world AI use cases and strategies for accelerating adoption. On October 27, 2026, the company will hold the Bank.AI Summit in Chicago, which it said will bring together industry leaders to share best practices for AI adoption and transformation.
