Andy Sack is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in tech, finance, and venture capital. Dubbed the “godfather of the Seattle startup community,” Andy has been instrumental in building and investing in tech companies that drive innovation. In 2021, Andy co-founded Forum3 to help brands explore and leverage emerging technologies, serving clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Crumbl, Starbucks, and Tishman Speyer. Previously, Andy was a consultant for Microsoft, driving digital transformation under CEO Satya Nadella. Before that, he was managing director of Techstars Seattle, where he led the 2011 cohort to become the highest-performing in the program’s history, with seed investments in unicorns like Remitly, Zipline, and Outreach. Andy has also co-founded and exited three successful tech companies to Axciom, The New York Times Digital, and Microsoft.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
